Some of you have been asking about how Raige is able to message people remotely, while not being in the game.

The answer is the Guildwork App!
It is free to download, and you can get it from here: http://guildwork.com/client

Check it out. A lot of really cool things it can do is let you:

1) Talk remotely (like Raige)!
2) See shouts from any zone!
3) Get notified when hunt mobs pop!
4) There are even more - For a nominal fee!

Its best to not "talk" about the app in the game just to cover your own ass and the asses of our friends. It is still a 3rd party program, but it isn't harmful as far as I can tell, and I've researched it quite a bit. So don't talk about fight club!

I'd like to add, that Guild Work has been reverse engineering Square Enix's MMO's for close to a decade now, and SE has not once asked them to stop. Because they do provide a helpful service to the community to better the experience rather than cheating the community or the game. Still, as Fisty said, openly talking about it (like me) is probably not the greatest idea. Just in case.
